Surrounded by their closest friends and family, Thea and Suffian hosted a destination wedding at Chateau Yering.
Nestled amidst the sparkling lakes, rolling valleys, and quaint hamlets, lies the historic and beautiful Chateau Yering. Steeped in romance, one that stems from a glorious historic setting, and a sunrise that effortlessly takes your breath away with a sky filled with an overflow of pretty pastels.
The day was stunning and the light breeze echoed off the fields. It poured incessantly a few days before, but the sky broke and clouds littered the sky. The wedding day was nothing short of spectacular.
Thea planned the day with meticulous detail, writing a love note, beautifully composed, to her husband-to-be, hugging her beautiful sisters who happen to be her bridesmaids who flew all the way from overseas just to witness their sister’s celebration of love and happily ever after. Suffian appeared to be less concerned with his preparation as he was calm. He was ready.
She carelessly laughed and enjoyed every moment, knowing come what may, she was marrying the love of her life.
We felt love reverberate through the walls of the Chateau. The percolations of their affection was that of a stunning sunset, painting the sky with a hundred shades of pastel pink, blue and orange.
The wedding ceremony took place at the enchanted garden of the Chateau. The view was–naturally–breathtaking. A blend of families, cultures, and memories, resulting in a day of complete perfection.
The ceremony ended to the tune of Game of Thrones. While the tales are often full of deceit and violence, the rich and regal texture of this world of kings and queens – and even dragons – provided romantic visual inspiration for Thea & Suffian’s wedding day of legendary beauty.
Some weddings give a feeling of grandeur, some transport you to different eras and some just leave you with an intimate and relaxed feeling as if you were part of the story.
